Chris Majerle, PCAM, is CEO of MMI with decades of real estate and maintenance experience, including 40+ years in property and community management. He has been a licensed contractor in Maryland since 1989.
Now a Realtor® Emeritus, he is past chair of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors® Property Management Committee and founder and 5-year past chair of the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors® Property Management Committee.
He is an active member of the Community Associations Institute’s Maryland Legislative Action Committee (LAC), serves on the CAI DC Metro Chapter’s Maryland Legislative Committee, and received the 2015 Advocate Award from the DC chapter. Past service includes the DC Chapter’s Publications Committee, where he authored numerous articles for Quorum Magazine, and received CAI’s Rising Star Award for Outstanding Service. He also has been a commissioner on the Montgomery County Committee for Common Ownership. Communities (CCOC).
In addition to his professional experience, he has served as a resident manager of a 432-unit high-rise, four years as Director of Operations of a private Swim Club, Treasurer of a 308-home HOA, and Treasurer and President of a 162-unit condominium office park.
