Online Rent Payment
You may elect to have your rent automatically debited from your bank account each month. There is no charge for this service. Automatic debit saves time, saves postage and helps ensure timely payment to avoid late fees. To enroll in automatic debit, download, complete and return the Rent Automatic Debit Auth Form.

At any time, through our Portal access, you may view your account history.

Request repairs
MMI provides 24/7/365 emergency response. If you require emergency assistance, please call (301) 220-1850. After hours, you will be asked to leave an emergency maintenance message. This message will transmit directly to maintenance staff, so be sure to clearly state your name, address, phone number and the nature of the maintenance emergency.

Maintenance orders may be placed either online through the MMI Portal or by calling MMI Client Services at (301)220-1850. Please do not rely on the online system or a voice message when you have an emergency
